The People Bank, London Office is currently recruiting for our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, for a Computer Operator to join their team for a two year contract. The position is located in the London area and is an excellent opportunity with a progressive company.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Working within a team of Information and Technology dedicated to support operations of company across Canada
Required to work 7AM-3:30PM Monday to Friday with occasional after hour support tasks
Assist on project work as required
There will be two months of training from a previous operator
Play a key role in Process Improvements within both Operations and other departments within Information Technology

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
3 year Diploma from College or Computer Science from University
Familiarity with operating systems, hardware
Good with numbers and good documentation etiquette
Knowledge of Microsoft Software Technology such as Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Office 2003/2007, SQL Server, Microsoft.NET, and the latest in hardware technology from Cisco and HP
Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused attitude
Good work ethics

SALARY:
Pay is $18.00-$19.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
