JOB SUMMARY:
With a focus on maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction, matches the skills of temporary associates with the needs of Adecco’s clients while ensuring the branch’s financial goals are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Effectively attracts and sources qualified candidates for specific accounts.
- Screens resumes and conducts interviews to ensure that candidates are suitable for the client work environment.
- Ensures the testing and background check requirements are completed per the client contract.
- Provides follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.
- Identifies opportunities for increased or new lines of business with clients, and promotes Adecco’s products and services.
- Consults and coordinates with Sales employees, the Branch Manager and/or the Regional Vice President to better understand client needs, maximize the level of service, encourage relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. |
A minimum of two (2) years related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment |
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws. |

Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset |

Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications. |
