Description

Our client, a global leader in the provision of light armoured military vehicles with an innovative approach to design and assembly, is looking for a Coordinator – Information and Records Management.

 

The successful candidate must have a Master of Library and Information Science degree (MLIS). Experience with business analysis, workflow and document/content management systems.  Demonstrated ability to work independently in a professional environment.  Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills.  Proficient with MS Office applications

 

 Job Duties:

 

Ø       Assist in training and supporting existing and future document management systems

Ø       Maintain training manuals and other project related documentation

Ø       Assist records management personnel with the process, classification and the application of procedures and protocols

Ø       Perform records review and audits of records collections and transfer documentation

Ø       Assist with other projects as required
