Our client has an opportunity for a Full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Must have excellent communication skills in both the English and Spanish language. Computer experience required. Solid attendance and work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines an asset. Call centre experience is preferred.
Duties include: scheduling appointments, accepting service claims, & dispatching service technicians. This is a Non-sales position.
