University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Science.
3-5 years experience working within an e-Commerce sales/marketing environment-skin care/cosmetics; digital marketing an asset.
Excellent oral & written English and French language skills required.
Good working knowledge of personal computer hardware & software applications i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, as well as CRM.
Available to travel & work evenings & weekends.
Directs & evaluates national brand & IBO (Independent Business Owner) communication through Amway, publications, workshops, conferences, digital marketing & CRM.
Develops & implements cohesive multi-media marketing plans for presentation to a variety of audiences.
Maintains & evaluates database of product/product line sales; recommends appropriate actions.
Manages daily marketing of product category; assumes responsibility for development, implementation & launch; evaluates how campaign strategy can influence decision-making .
Collects, evaluates & establishes pricing & margins in alignment with corporate objectives.
Evaluates business lines; competitive & demographic information; market trends, & makes appropriate recommendations based on corporate objectives.
Attends functions to promote business lines.
