Alliance iCommunications is a web-enabled customer contact centre providing some of North America's most recognized corporations and their customers with unparalleled service.  We continue to experience great success and growth and we need you to join us!  We are hiring for a sales position working on behalf of one of our major corporate clients.  This position starts at $15/hr plus bonuses!

Competencies and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to read, write and speak English/French fluently
  • Self motivated with the ability to motivate others – A MUST!
  • Team player
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Business to Business sales experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment) at least 25 words per minute
  • You should be at ease with web navigation and email
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Call centre or customer service experience
  • Professional and courteous telephone manners
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • This position requires attention to detail and a good memory for product knowledge 
  • The ability to think on your feet is also important 
  • Flexibility for various shifts is required
