Radio and television stations, advertising agencies and Fortune 500 companies rely upon the Voices.com marketplace to search for, audition and hire voice talents with the assistance of our innovative SurePay™ escrow service and our award-winning Web application.

Voices.com is excited to be recruiting for the full time, permanent position of Success Manager.

The Voices.com Success Manager is a dedicated, personable, and client-focused individual whose full-time responsibility is to ensure that members are making full use of their membership and the services offered by Voices.com by following a detailed follow-up schedule with the end goal of increasing retention rates.

Essential Functions

  1. Represent Voices.com when working with potential clients by providing accurate explanations on all services offered.
  2. Establishes rapport and maintains contact with current and potential customers.
  3. Identifies retention prospects and contacts these and other prospects as assigned.
  4. Promote the sale of Voices.com services by presenting key features and benefits to customers.
  5. Create and update client records by entering data into web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate billing and access to data for proper management within the Voices.com system.


Skills and Knowledge

  • Extremely comfortable with calling and speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Ability to identify and/or follow up retention leads and referrals.
  • Dependable, reliable, ambitious and driven
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Some knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management program considered a definite asset.


Minimum Requirements

  • College diploma in Marketing, Sales or equivalent, plus one year of on-the-job training in a similar outbound telephone sales environment.
  • One year at an entry-level sales position.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Typing skills of 40 – 50 wpm
