Allen Professional Search/ The People Bank, Tillsonburg Office is currently recruiting for 2 Quality Specialists for one of our Tillsonburg & Woodstock Clients.

Job Description:

·      Assist in Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP, knowledgeable in the use of FMEA, control plans and process flow) and maintain all records/documentation

·        Fully fluent in blue print reading

·        Complete/coordinate completion of part layouts as required

·       Ability and experience conducting process capability studies, gauge R&R, gauge calibration, in-process and final inspection audits

·        Coordinate prototype shipments

·       Experience with supplier quality system development, cost reduction projects & product improvement

·        Ability to train operators and inspect the quality of parts produced

·      Be able to lead and be responsible for the investigation of root cause analysis, and effective implementation of  corrective/preventative actions to customer’s satisfaction

·      Demonstrated knowledge, with direct experience in Six Sigma Principles

·        Plan, maintain, develop, implement & improve processes of the Quality Management System        

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary diploma in Engineering
• Three years work experience in QD
• Advanced Knowledge in Computer Software (MS Office)

SALARY:

Between $40-50k depending on experience
