We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the following position.
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
· Dealing directly with clients about their new and outstanding systems issues.
· Analyzing, duplicating, documenting, escalating and resolving client problems.
· Working within a team of varied supportive resources.
· Performing software testing as part of a QA team to ensure product quality prior to field release.
Qualifications:
· Experience working in a support or call centre environment
· Experience in and knowledge of the property & casualty insurance industry would be a great asset
· Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel, Call Log Software etc.
