Our bilingual Customer Assistance Representatives provide roadside assistance in French and English to callers by identifying the problem and dispatching the appropriate service solution to members across Canada and the U.S.A. 

This position is ideal for someone who can empathize with callers and solve their problems while providing accurate information.
