MECHANICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Millwright)

Job Duties:

·         Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment

·         Must be available for shift work

·         Interact closely within maintenance team to ensure effective communication

·         Participate in problem solving activities to remedy situations.

·         Be proactive and identify potential risk and alert the responsible department to remedy the situation

·         Undertake special projects/ activities as required

·         Responsible for adhering to Brose policies and standards with respect to environmental requirements.

·         Must have or be capable of obtaining a Manlift license

·         Must be willing to work overtime

Job Specifications:

·         Must be a licensed Industrial Millwright / Tradesperson

·         Must have a minimum 2 years related work experience in highly automated equipment settings

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills

·         General computer knowledge including Window Applications

·         Able to read / understand blueprints / layouts
