Compliance Coordinator
Our client in North London
is currently seeking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator to join their team for
a Long term contract.
The successful candidate will have a University or College
diploma, strong written & oral communication skills, intermediate MS Office
skills.
Job Elements
- Track
and perform follow-up activities with suppliers (e.g. U.S. Export
Licenses, U.S. Agreements, Letters of Intent, Registration, Non-Disclosure
Agreements)
- Coordinate
Defense Trade Control Part Classifications
- Identify,
troubleshoot and resolve compliance issues, elevate and report to
management and internal customers
- Field
questions from internal and external customers related to compliance
(e.g., licensing processes, export declarations, finding resources)
- Support
Canadian Export Permit administration, including drafting and coordinating
Canadian Export Permits, supporting documents, and usage reports
- Compile
documentation related to International Import Certificates and Delivery
Verification Certificates
- Administer
and maintain shipping database (MSR)
- Process
Oracle Notifications
- Draft
and prepare documentation and correspondence
- Assist
with drafting and maintaining procedures, training and communication
- Maintain
content on external website and internal portal
- Complete
special assignments and research
