Recruitment Specialist
The Job Shoppe is looking for an entry-level Recruiter to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment duties - such as posting advertisements, interviewing, reference calls, skill assessment, placement of candidates
- Administration duties
- Assist with generating new business via Candidates; by phone solicitation as per resumes, referral programs, client service reports/surveys, strong follow-up and relationship building.
- Skill Market candidates for potential placements
- Liaison with clients and operational personnel;
- Attend networking events, job fairs and other community events.
Requirements:

College Diploma

3+ years of experience in a fast paced customer service role

3+ years of experience in an Administrative role (reception, administrative assistant, etc.)

1+ years of experience in a recruitment role
