Recruitment Specialist

 

The Job Shoppe is looking for an entry-level Recruiter to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment duties - such as posting advertisements, interviewing, reference calls, skill assessment, placement of candidates
  • Administration duties
  • Assist with generating new business via Candidates; by phone solicitation as per resumes, referral programs, client service reports/surveys, strong follow-up and relationship building.
  • Skill Market candidates for potential placements
  • Liaison with clients and operational personnel;
  • Attend networking events, job fairs and other community events.

Requirements:

  • College Diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast paced customer service role
  • 3+ years of experience in an Administrative role (reception, administrative assistant, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruitment role
