Description

Position: Part Time Facility/Maintenance staff weekends

Centre Branch London

Nature and Scope: The Housekeeper will monitor the cleanliness of the facility and programming equipment to ensure the delivery of high quality service to members. The successful candidate will be a team player who displays good communication skills and demonstrates a commitment to member service.

Responsibilities:

    • Assumes responsibility for facility cleaning duties, front step and sidewalk snow removal, minor property maintenance

    • Monitor pool chemical levels

    • Implements action plans designed to solve facility and equipment issues

    • Makes decisions and acts promptly to respond to members’ concerns

    • Assumes other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

    • WHMIS trained (can be provided if not in place)

    • Familiarity with basic building operations

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Some cleaning or housekeeping experience

Other Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Hours of work: 2:30pm – 11:00pm Saturdays and Sundays
