Our customer, an inbound customer focused call center, is seeking several bilingual representatives to work at their state-of-the-art call center in London.

These are seasonal positions with an extended end date in January 2011.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with:

·         Call center or customer service experience

·         Dedication to the assignment and excellent attendance

·         Outstanding listening and communication skills 

·         Able to work weekdays and some weekends

·         Able to pass a criminal background check

·         Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset and will receive a premium wage

In this role, you will work in a casual inbound environment responding to inquiries, processing customer orders and handling payments and returns.  Employees are also responsible for up-selling additional products and increasing revenue for the customer.

• Pay rate starting between $11.25 and $13.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
