R&O Account Coordinator
Our client, a global leader in the provision of light armoured military vehicles with an innovative approach to design and assembly, is looking for Repair & Overhaul Account Coordinator on a 6 month contract basis
Responsibilities:
· Liaise with Customers Fleet Management Team
· Manage customer owned material within client R & O process from receipt of broken material to return of repaired to customer
· Prepare weekly/monthly metrics
· Communicate with customers
· Coordinate efforts with warehousing and internal customers to ensure parts are moved in an accurate, timely manner
· Review supplier repair costs to prepare and submit invoices.
· Process all paperwork to coordinate movements of materials and support any future customer audits
· Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
· Provide support to customer audits.
Qualifications:
- Must have University Degree, Community College Diploma preferably in Business or Materials Management
- Knowledge of Materials Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, ORACLE or other ERP systems
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Experience in R&O material requirements would be an asset
