Administrative Clerk ~ Contract Opportunity Available Today in London

Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting the sales team with coordinating meetings, special orders, contracts, listings, etc
- Administrative support for the health and Safety department and the HR department including reception, ordering supplies, preparing correspondence, data entry, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in an administrative support role
- Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience working with Adobe Professional and Corel DRAW
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
- Ability to multitask, take initiative and manage time efficiently
