Junior Electrical Designer

Our client in London is currently seeking an Electrical Designer for heavy equipment to join their engineering team.

Job Description

·        Create detailed bids in response to customer requirements

·        Create new electrical system designs that meet customer requirements; conduct design reviews as required

·        Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational processes, procedures and requirements

·        Complete designs on schedule and within budget

·       Undertake technical analyses as required

·        Organize and conducts tests as required to prove designs

·        Investigate / resolve production issues as required

·        Support customer activities as required (e.g. troubleshooting, testing, installations, demos)

Qualifications

·        University degree or college diploma in Electrical field plus 1 years relevant/related experience

·        Strong communication, interpersonal, technical and organizational skills

·        Ability to travel (5% International, 5% Canadian) and possess/ability to acquire and maintain a valid passport

·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
