Requirements:
· Availability Must be flexible
· Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment) least 25 words per minute.
· You should be at ease with web navigation and email
· Minimum high school diploma
· Call centre or customer service experience
· Professional and courteous telephone manners
· Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
· This position requires attention to detail and a good memory for product knowledge.
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet are also important.
