Project Manager
In this high profile position, you will be responsible for the on time, on budget, quality delivery of Autodata's solutions. Your superior interpersonal skills will enable you to motivate and direct activities of developers, as well as negotiate deadlines and manage expectations between management and the customer. You are well versed in the details of PMBOK and have completed or are eligible for PMP certification.
You are a technical project manager with 5-7 years experience in managing multiple, complex systems integration projects and have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. You are meticulously organized, are detail oriented to a fault and have proven coaching abilities which enable you to be instrumental in improving the organization’s project delivery capabilities.
You have a passion for both technology and business, and love the thrill of combining these two to deliver value for your customers, and drive project success for your company. Your experience in the automotive industry would put you head and shoulders above the rest.
Ideally, you are a university Computer Science grad, who has spent a good part of your career immersed in a web development environment. You thrive on developing strong team focus, and on challenging smart people to excel. You also enjoy working directly with senior management at the customer level, and have a knack for highlighting the business benefits of complex technical projects in plain English.
