SLEEGERS Tanks Inc., based in London Ontario, has an immediate position available. The successful candidate will interface with external customers, internal customers and service providers in support of our customer service goals.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and understand the commitment, dedication and work ethic required to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times. In addition the person must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be attentive to details and possess a basic understanding of book keeping processes. The candidate must possess good MS Office skills and have the ability to work independently, within a busy multi functional team.
Duties
There will be a variety of duties, including, but not limited to daily telephone interaction with key customer accounts, transactional data entry, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will provide customer and administrative support to our organization and will be cross-trained to provide support to other members of our Customer Service Team.
