MARKETING COORDINATOR, Critical Care – Temp, Full-Time (1 yr)

 

The incumbent of this position provides daily support directly to the Critical Care Market Business Manager and indirectly to the sales force by gathering and assembling relevant data and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.  In addition, the position is responsible for research, analysis and product support through contact with our suppliers as well as customer service and assistance with promotions or product launches when required.  

 

This is a temporary, full-time position from approximately December 1, 2010 through to December 31, 2011.

 

We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

 

¨       A minimum of three (3) years experience providing administrative support within a professional office environment. Post secondary education an asset.

¨       Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

¨       Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

¨       Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage a variety of tasks to meet deadlines or the needs of others.

¨       A professional, positive and objective demeanour.

¨       Experience with an inventory management program, ideally Great Plains.

¨       The ability to maintain confidential information or opinions.

¨       The ability to work well independently while being a strong team player.
