We are presently recruiting for experienced Clerical Support Staff for our new clients.

General Responsibilities:
· Answer phones and direct calls
· Order and maintain supplies for the office
· Co-ordinate and Book events and meetings
· Sort and distribute mail, faxing, copy and scan documents
· Assist in other departments as required
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:
· High school diploma and/or College with business related studies
· Over five years experience doing clerical or other office related positions
· Fluent with Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook
· Experience with other programs and fluent in other languages will be an assist
