The successful candidate will have:
- completed a college, university, or CEGEP vocational or training program
- 0-3 years experience in a similar role (experience is considered an asset)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- a valid Ontario driver’s license

Position Specifics:
- Write, modify, integrate, and test software code
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Assist in the collection and documentation of users’ requirements
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products
- Install software/hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using internet based technology
- Rotate on call weekends
