Job Description
We currently are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager to be located at the Salford, Ontario Corporate Office. The Customer Service Leader will report to the President. This role is suitable for a candidate with a strong agricultural background.
Salford production facilities build and ship some of the largest, fastest and most durable agricultural implements on the market today. A dynamic and agile production group keeps pace with our rapid innovation cycle. “Just-in-time” delivery, including a mixture of in-house fabrication and a tight knit supply chain, ensures that every new machine is equipped with our best technology.
Salford has become a global company that markets machinery worldwide. In order to support their expanding distribution network of nearly 300 North American Salford dealers and keep up with growing demand for their product, Salford has invested in manufacturing facilities in Iowa, Manitoba, Georgia and Russia as well as multiple parts distribution centers in Canada, the United States and Russia.

Job Functions/Duties
Responsible for inside Customer Service Group.
- Co-ordinate efforts of Customer Service Group
- Oversee outbound trucking & container co-ordinating
- Inside whole good sales
- Co-ordinate with manufacturing to best meet customer needs
- Co-ordinate aftermarket parts sales
- Warranty co-ordination
- Outside sales support as needed (dealer support, trade shows…)
Job Requirements
- 3 Years’ experience supervising people
- Experience as a Service Manager or Sales Manager at a Farm Equipment Dealership
- Agricultural background plus management/supervision experience
- Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent experience
