Job Description

We currently are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager to be located at the Salford, Ontario Corporate Office. The Customer Service Leader will report to the President. This role is suitable for a candidate with a strong agricultural background.

Job Functions/Duties
 
Responsible for inside Customer Service Group.
  • Co-ordinate efforts of Customer Service Group
  • Oversee outbound trucking & container co-ordinating
  • Inside whole good sales
  • Co-ordinate with manufacturing to best meet customer needs
  • Co-ordinate aftermarket parts sales
  • Warranty co-ordination
  • Outside sales support as needed (dealer support, trade shows…)
 
Job Requirements
  • 3 Years’ experience supervising people
  • Experience as a Service Manager or Sales Manager at a Farm Equipment Dealership
or
  • Agricultural background plus management/supervision experience
  • Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent experience
