Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service/Order Desk Representative on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would have excellent problem solving and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Duties (may include and not limited to):
  • Provide top customer service to all customers and suppliers
  • Provide general information to customers regarding products/services
  • Receive and process orders over the phone
  • Reach out to suppliers regarding new orders
  • Monitor stock and inventory levels
  • Problem solve and follow up with customers
  • General office duties as required
Requirements:
  • Completion of high school Diploma; post-secondary education considered an asset
  • At least 2-3 years of experience within an order desk, customer service or administrative position
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Hours
  • Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Compensation: $14.25/hour + 4% vacation pay
