Job Description
Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service/Order Desk Representative on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would have excellent problem solving and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Duties (may include and not limited to):
- Provide top customer service to all customers and suppliers
- Provide general information to customers regarding products/services
- Receive and process orders over the phone
- Reach out to suppliers regarding new orders
- Monitor stock and inventory levels
- Problem solve and follow up with customers
- General office duties as required
- Completion of high school Diploma; post-secondary education considered an asset
- At least 2-3 years of experience within an order desk, customer service or administrative position
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
