| Objective of Position: | Responsible for coordinating production and logistics, maintaining appropriate documentation, ensuring on time delivery and highest levels of customer service | |||||||
| Responsibilities: | ||||||||
| Create, review and organize production orders | ||||||||
| Create paperwork for shipping | ||||||||
| Create invoice and credit notes | ||||||||
| Create all necessary customs paperwork for outgoing shipments | ||||||||
| Update and track consignment stock | ||||||||
| Coordinate document handling | ||||||||
| Order entry ERP System | ||||||||
| Coordinate order acknowledgment | ||||||||
| Responsible for proper forecast information and inventory | ||||||||
| Education: | ||||||||
| College Diploma in related field | ||||||||
| Starlim Training Program | ||||||||
| Experience: | ||||||||
| Minimum 2 years as an Administrative assistant in logistics department | ||||||||
| Experience in manufacturing environment preferred | ||||||||
| Competencies: | ||||||||
| Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and ERP system is a | ||||||||
| Documentation input and record keeping accuracy a must | ||||||||
| Excellent communication and customer service skills | ||||||||
| Basic customs knowledge is required (NAFTA, etc) | ||||||||
| Responsible for proper forecast information and inventory | ||||||||
