Sr Corporate Law Clerk
LOCATION: Carlyle-Peterson
WAGE: TBD
HOURS: 8:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:00pm

LOCATION: Carlyle-Peterson
WAGE: TBD
HOURS: 8:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:00pm
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain corporate records and have the ability to create documents necessary for various corporate transactions
- Performing necessary legal and factual research
- Liaising between clients and lawyers
- Draft any needed documents
- Review minute books as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment keeping confidentiality
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years experience in real estate and corporate law
- Typing 60+ words per minute
- College/University diploma in a related field or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook, and knowledge of Fast Company, Amicus and PC Law would be an asset
- Strong communication with the ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent attendance is essential
- Non-smoker due to allergies in the building
- Experience with Teraview
