Job Description
Our client, a well-known transportation company, is currently looking for a Full-time OSD Administrator for their Woodstock location. This is a great position to work with a close-knit team, and to grow from within.
What We Offer:
- $20.00 an hour.
- Work week is Monday to Friday.
- Day shift: 8:30 am to 5 pm (flexible start).
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
What You Are Doing:
- Communicate directly with clients and customers regarding shipment discrepancies.
- Administer all claims regarding OSD (Over/Short/Damaged) freight.
- Arrange shipments to and from clients according to best practices.
- Verification of manifests, BOL's, POD's, RMA's.
- Other duties as required.
Who You Are:
- Top notch customer service abilities with both clients, customers, and drivers.
- Prior Administrative expertise in Logistics/Transportation (OSD-specific).
- Strong communication ability - both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and excellent data entry/computer skills.
- Resourceful and able to "think on your feet".
- Able to work under pressure and successfully multi-task.
- Experience with Truckmate would be considered an asset.
