Info-Tech Research Group is in an exciting period of growth and we are on track to double our annual revenue over the next two years to $100 million. We recently opened an office in the United States and will continue to expand our presence in that market. We are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our London, ON office.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for partnering with Stakeholders and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs, report on hiring metrics, trends, successes and challenges, and deliver value to their business. You are resourceful in sourcing and evaluating junior to intermediate talent and demonstrate success managing large recruitment portfolios under tight timelines. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead the way in recruiting the best and brightest talent for the organization and support our goals to double up on A talent in the next 2 years.

Responsibilities 
  • Effectively manage recruitment activity in a high volume environment (10 – 15 open requisitions on average)
  • Support with Campus Recruitment initiatives and administration
  • Facilitate the full recruitment cycle: source, interview, evaluation, selection and negotiation primarily for roles in Operations and Sales however you will be expected to assist on any roles as assigned by Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients as well as external candidate pipeline
  • Provide decision support to hiring managers in the selection and hiring of candidates
  • Prepare new hire packages and complete all required paperwork with new hires
  • Ensure regular systems update in Applicant Tracking System
  • Develop and leverage innovative sourcing channels which produce a steady stream of qualified talent
  • Engage passive candidates through various channels
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Regularly analyze channels and methods for gathering market intelligence to create the best candidate pools
  • Analyze and implement best practices, new trends, tools, and key performance indicators for recruitment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources 
Key Skills and Competencies 
  • College or degree education in either a Business or HR related subject
  • Ideally 2-3 years of previous work experience in a recruiting or HR function, corporate or staffing agency
  • Ideally managed large scale recruitment, assessment days or onboarding but this will be trained
  • Intrinsically motivated individual with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability with the ability to manage change in a fast paced work environment
  • Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Some working knowledge of MS Suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst effectively delivering to sometimes tight deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Influencing and relationship building skills are key in this role.
  • Support and training will be provided for more Junior candidates but a willingness to jump in and try is key
