* Complex health-care projects, New medical buildings, Government buildings, Law enforcement and correctional facilities, Public libraries, Major educational facilities, Multi-story residential buildings, Industrial facilities and Commercial and retail outlets.
Qualifications:
* CMY: Program - Field Of Study Construction Engineering Technology Management
* Waste Water/ Industrial or / and Hospital Projects experienced
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Knowledge in Planswift, Takeoff, Excel and Sage 100
Competencies:
* Communication
* Problem Solving
* Networking and Relationship Building
* Planning and Organization
