recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator for a company located in London, ON.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-level
  customer service to existing clients and potential customers, reaching
  business targets enabled by your telephone sales and communications
  skills.


• Preparing quotes,
  samples and sales boxes


• Managing inbound
  Customer requests


• Sourcing products and
  custom ordering


• Tracking and recording
  calls


• Participate in the
  creation of leads, initiate prospect calls and establish an ongoing
  rapport with existing customers, this may sometimes include travel or
  tradeshow duties.


• To work as a team with Outside Sales (OS) in making appointments,
  preparing quotes, and following up quotes with prospects and customers.


• To ensure daily schedules are in place for OS thru telemarketing and
  email.


• To fulfill customer sample requests from internal stock or supplier
  procurement.


• To file daily/weekly reports as required


• To assist Customer Service (CS) team with incoming calls + emails as
  necessary

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Post-Secondary
  Education, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.


• Adaptive personality
  with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly


• Must have excellent
  organizational, written and oral communication, listening and presentation
  skills


• Competent in personal time management


• Ability to manage tasks


• Understand the importance of reporting


•  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


• Sales-driven,
  results-focused
