TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

(2 Positions)

Working in a team atmosphere, and reporting to the Supervisor Client Services, the Technical Support Analyst will utilize the Help Desk system in providing remote and on- site technical support to the users. The Technical Support Analyst will install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot software, computer hardware, peripherals and training equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will be a graduate of a recognized two year post-secondary program in computer technologies or equivalent. Expertise is required in contemporary and legacy versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and System Center Configuration Manager. Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence are required.

EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will have minimum two years work related experience diagnosing problems, supporting computers, users, and computer networks.

RATE OF PAY: $24.24 per hour

START DATE:  As soon as possible
