We are looking to expand our team of Landlord Liaisons within Project Home currently. This program is focused on supporting mainly adult clients who are homeless or living rough, and who are using the shelter system the most here in London. This role would inform the landlords about their rights and responsibilities as the landlord as well as mediating any participant/landlord conflicts as they arise to keep our participants housed. This role would also be responsible for completing unit inspections at move in and move outs and helping to assess cleaning and repairs required in the units.

On our team, we also have a complement of Housing Finders, Housing Stability Workers as well as a Housing System Navigator to provide a wrap around approach for each participant in this program.

This role would require knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, Housing First Philosophy as well as Harm reduction Philosophy. The position would be running between Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday, on a rotation of 9am - 5pm and 11am - 7pm.
