This position is a fast paced opportunity in which the candidate will provide hands-on technical support to both residential and corporate clients.  Candidates must be resourceful, have exceptional troubleshooting skills and a strong dedication to client satisfaction.   Candidates must also be able to manage ones time effectively prioritizing requests while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • 4 years minimum I.T. industry experience
  • 2 years minimum customers service experience
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required
  • Business use of your vehicle will be reimbursed

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Server Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Exchange and SQL
  • In Depth knowledge of Server Hardware and Troubleshooting
  • In Depth knowledge of Desktops / Laptops
  • Image and File Based Backup Technologies
  • Antivirus,  Malware, and Spam Technologies
  • Networking Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting
  • Firewall and Router Technologies
  • Microsoft Office Productivity Suites
  • VPN and Remote Technologies
  • Virtual Environment
  • Familiarity with Apple and Linux a plus
 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of College/University IT program
  • Industry certifications such as A+ Certification, MCSE, MCITP, Network+ would be considered an asset
