HSE Specialist
Location: Ingersoll Area, ON

Requirements:
- University/College related to health & safety
- 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Understanding of ergonomics
- Maintain and update existing H&S management systems
- Process and track incident reports, conduct investigations and assist with audits
- Assist with WSIB claims management
- Advise HR team on all HSE activities/progress
- Assist in performing industrial hygiene testing
- Create training materials
- Perform HSE training as required
- Perform physical demands descriptions
- Monitor safety related injury and illness
- Maintain and report on H&S records, files, databases and statistics
