We provide and ensure that the right support is for the comfort of our clients in their home and permit them to remain independent. We have a team of caregivers that provide 24 hour care, nursing services, companionship, spcialized care on call registered nursing and end of life and respite care. We are looking for a Development Support Worker for our address at 747 Hyde Park Road, Unit 122, London, Ontario N6H 3S3.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate and Develop the implementation and evaluation of Health and Safety Programs;
- Sueprvise and ensure workers are prescribed requried protective devises;
- Supervise and training workers on hazards;
- Inspect workplaces to ensure that equipment, materials and production processes do not present a safety or health hazard to employees or the general public;
- Oversee corrective actions;
- Recommendations to senior management regarding improvements to resolve health and safety concerns;
- College Diploma in Healthcare, Community Development, or Personal Support;
- 5 +yrs experience in Community or Healthcare Support and Development;
- Experience as a Development Support Worker or Supervisor;
- $20.95/hr
- 35 hrs/wk
