One of our top clients in Sarnia is looking for an experience Travel Counsellor.  This is a permanent position. 
 
Job Duties/Qualifications:

• Provides high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long term working relationships and building a strong customer base
• Sells a full range of preferred supplier products in order to meet and exceed targets
• Provides accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.)
• Maintain a consistently high rate of sales
• Organizes and assists with local business building promotions
• Assists in the resolution of client complaints
• Invoice and document client files accurately
• Other duties as assigned

 
Required Qualifications:

• Provincially Certified
• Strong Sales Skills
• 2-3 years of Travel Industry experience
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills, able to manage a varied workload
• Good problem solving ability, attentive to detail
