Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, we are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable and have superior customer service skills.
 
Duties (may include but not limited to):
  • Act as the first point of contact and provide reception and client services duties; answer calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Manage general inquiries from the public and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
  • Perform general administrative duties such as preparation of documents, faxing, photocopying, shredding, mail distribution, etc.
  • Provide set up for office meetings, organize catering and travel arrangements as required
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of a 2 year college diploma or University Degree; specialization in Administration or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a reception and/or administrative role
  • Efficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be high energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Compensation: $15-16.00 per hour + 4% vacation Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
