Job Description
We are currently recruiting to fill an Administrative Assistant job opportunity in London, ON. As an Administrative Assistant, the ideal candidate will have strong administrative assistance experience supporting senior level management. Payrate is $17/hr.
The responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant job include:
*Provide support with research and case writing
*Manage special events and conferences
*Database management
*Typing correspondence and preparing meeting minutes
*Calendar management of senior level executives
*Arranging meetings and assisting with presentations
*Create and manage expense reports
*Other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior level management
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Proactive planning and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to work well both independently as well as in a team environment
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Ability to respond to internal and external clients with diplomacy and professionalism
*Strong problem solving skills
*Ability to maintain confidentiality
*Advance computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, FrontPage and Outlook
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Able to type 40-50 wpms
