The Job

The Researcher/Writer will be required to:

• Thoroughly research a wide variety of pre-assigned topics relating to complex, highly legislated and/or sensitive Human Resources-related subject matter.
• Develop professional and legislatively accurate content (online training scripts, manuals, articles, policies, etc.) that is engaging and informative.
• Self-manage dynamic and multiple project timelines and deliverables.
• Adapt to client or company standards pertaining to content style, tone, and voice.

The Requirements

We are seeking an individual who possesses most, if not all, of the following:

• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• The ability to transform complex and technical resources into valuable and easily digestible content for the target audience.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage projects autonomously.
• Laser-like focus to delve into assignments and produce amazing results.

To effectively meet the needs of our clients and our uncompromising standards we are seeking an individual with a degree in a related area of study (English, Communications, etc.). Previous experience in a similar role is considered a definite asset.

Bonus Points

• Previous exposure to or studies in Human Resources.
• Previous online training development.
• Knowledge of eLearning and adult education principles and concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
