SDI Builders Ltd. is currently recruiting an experienced ICI Construction Project Manager. 

The overall responsibilities include:

• Leadership management
• Safety monitoring and management
• Preparing quotations
• Procurement of materials, subcontractors, equipment, etc.
• Contract fulfillment
• Client relations and retention

 An ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• 5+ years of successful project management experience within the construction industry
• College or university degree in a construction related field and/or such disciplines as Business
• An ability to effectively develop strong relationships with clients, fellow team members and suppliers
• An ability to estimate, organize, schedule and plan construction projects within established timelines and budgets
• An ability to assume responsibility for overall quality and management of their projects
• An ability to establish, communicate & manage expectations & timelines with team members
• An ability to coach, mentor, motivate, direct and supervise team members
• Strong time management, organizational and administrative skills
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Candidates should convey their ability to efficiently, and effectively, manage multiple projects at one time.
• Substantial knowledge of a variety of construction standards, methods, and procedures is expected.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential for the position.
• Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Problem-solving skills, independent work ability and leadership characteristics will also be found in the ideal candidate. 

Salary:  $57,000.00 + bonus based on job performance and other criteria
