Administration / Technician – Job Posting

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and organized individual to join our office.  In this role, you will perform administrative duties which will require strong transcription/typing abilities and a keen attention to detail.  You will also provide direct assistance to our patients who require cardiac testing.  We are currently hiring for full time employment.

Overall Skills and Qualifications
Strong administrative typing skills, telephone skills, effective time management, multi-tasking abilities, displays of professionalism and compassion, heightened attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to prepare patients for cardiac testing while thriving in a team environment.

Front Office Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately type handwritten reports as well as dictated documents
  • Photocopy, fax, and file patient reports as well as internal reports
  • Answer the phone and register in-coming patients
  • Prepare charts and documents required to fulfill clinic requirements
  • Book appointments for referrals and follow-up appointments for current patients as needed
  • Any other office related activities as may be requires from time to time
