Job Description
Inventory Specialist & Sustainability Manager: Job Description & Responsibilities
| Responsibility: |
| Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP System |
| Receive inventory into ERP System |
| Maintain traceability of raw & finished products |
| Monitor inbound Purchase Orders in ERP system |
| Alert Supply Chain co-ordinator when shipments do not arrive |
| Maintain FIFO program for ingredients, ensuring that “best before” dates are monitored |
| Verify Daily Record of Production for Raw & Finished products |
| Record daily production in TGI |
| Responsible for arranging destruction and verification records of inventory as required |
| Release inventory |
| Monitor inventory placed on HOLD |
| Liaison for Order desk regarding inventory availability |
| Daily Production summary submitted to Management |
| Stage ingredients and packaging for production for following day, ensuring proper amounts of all components |
| Responsible for Warming/thawing ingredients as required and maintaining records |
| Maintain and actively communicate Shaw’s Sustainability KPI’s to Staff |
| Monitor and Foster new sustainability initiatives & training |
| Monthly Inventory Reports for clients |
| Monthly Butterfat Utilization Report |
| Monthly Physical Inventory Report for Shaw’s |
| Monthly Waste Reports for damaged product, volume of mix waste |
| Monthly Water Usage Report |
| Waste Water Management, main contact for County of Oxford |
| Initiate sustainability initiatives with Sanitation Staff |
| Work with Chemical supplier to ensure efficient use of products |
| Support Sanitation as necessary |
| Prepare SOP’s for sanitation & production as required |
| Trend analysis and reporting |
