Job Description
We are looking for experienced Call Centre Representatives in the London, Ontario area for a rewarding, seasonal opportunity that has the possibility of extension. Our client is a worldwide leader in product development and sales with a busy, state-of-the-art call centre that is easily accessible by public transit.
Successful candidates will have the chance to work full-time (40) hours, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday (8am-6pm or 10am-9pm) to fit your flexible schedule. This role will allow you to apply and grow your customer service skills in a lively team environment as you respond to inquiries, process customer orders and payments and upsell products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving inbound customer calls, answering product questions and providing information on product availability and price
- Processing orders and returns
- Investigating customer concerns and follow-up questions
- Upselling, cross-selling and recognizing opportunities to engage the customer in conversation while providing superior service
- Explaining features and benefits of available products
- 1-2 years of customer service/call centre experience is required
- Outstanding “active” listening and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems on a case-by-case basis
- Must have a clear criminal background
- Bilingualism (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent is required
- Competitive pay rate of $12.00/hour
- Bilingual pay rate of $13/hour
