- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Excellent communicators
- Able to engage customers on the spot
- Goal oriented – able to achieve targets and drive results
- Sales/customer service, or other related experience is preferred
- Vehicle is an asset, but not required
- $11.00 - $18.00/hr, guaranteed base wage or uncapped commission
- Base wage: $11.00/hr
- Average earners: $15.00/hr
- Benefits package after 3 months of employment
