Overview
We’re a full-service ad agency in London, Ontario, seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Media Planner/Buyer who can Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Media Planner will assist in executing high-performing media, search and social marketing projects. You’ll be planning (helping us create media campaigns), purchasing (pretty self-explanatory) and partnering (working with media agencies and clients to get the latter what they want from the former).

What You Will Do
- Media and Search Marketing Campaigns
- Help develop media plans and proposals for clients
- Research and recommend media placement options
- Organize and explain creative requirements
- Gather campaign elements for set-up (banners, tracking, etc.)
- Develop text ads as required
- Engage with partner firms (e.g. Google)
- Deploy/upload/traffic the campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on an ongoing basis, and develop and implement optimization strategies to improve performance
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Develop ongoing reporting of media campaign performance
- Pull required data for campaign and project reports
- Provide insights into and recommended action based on campaign performance
- Help develop best practice guidelines for related service offers

- Propose cutting-edge digital advertising service offerings
- Suggest innovative optimization strategies for client campaigns
- Identify tools to facilitate optimization measures
What You Will Bring
- At least two years’ experience in digital media planning and/or search engine marketing
- University degree or college diploma in related field
- Knowledge of Google AdWords (ideally Google AdWords certified) and analytics tools (specifically Google Analytics)
- Advanced skills in Google Apps (specifically Spreadsheet and Presentation)
- Strong understanding of programmatic media planning and optimization
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail; excellent organization and time-management skills; able to handle tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (bonus points if you can do this job in French as well)
- Motivated, outgoing and a team player
