Job Description
Adecco, on behalf of our client, is recruiting to fill an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Administrator role in Tillsonburg, ON. The successful candidate for this role will have great attention to detail with strong experience in AR/AP. The ideal candidate will have advanced communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Administrator job include:
*Responsible for all invoicing, A/R and A/P, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
*Responsible for the preparation of AP cheques and electronic payments
*Responsible for balancing vendor statements
*Prepare and distribute invoices as per required schedule
*Maintain customer contracts/purchase orders
*Assist in the preparation of month and year end
*Filing
*Other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Administrator job:
*Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
*Must be able to learn quickly
*Must have strong attention to detail
*Advanced organizational and time management skills
*Advanced communication, problem solving and analytical skills
*Proficient with MS Office
*Experience with QuickBooks
*Minimum completion of high school
*Clear criminal check required
