Agilus is recruiting for a CustomerService Representative (financial products) in Waterloo, ON Â
Accountabilities:
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible for supporting Tier-1 complianceinquiries within standard guidelines and will ensure that thorough records aremaintained by documenting all actions.
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Action control reports and address issues in atimely manner meeting monitored productivity and quality objectives
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Help Associate Supervisory Managers with Tier1 supervision follow-ups
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Communicate with advisors to solve theirpending supervisory inquiries
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Track interactions using on-line systems
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide superior customer service by beingproactive in meeting customer needs
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist with department projects andinitiatives as needed
Requirements:
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent customer service skills with professionaltelephone etiquette
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bilingual in French is a strong asset
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of Wealth and financial products,specifically Mutual Funds
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Solid analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to multitask proficiently in a fast-paced performance drivenenvironment
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Computer proficiency
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Open to receiving and incorporatingconstructive feedback and coaching
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Handle stressful situations in a calm andprofessional manner
+Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience working directly with advisors anasset
