Job Description
Fayez Spa is seeking a professional, who has been working in an administrative and customer service role previously. You will be required to assist the Managing Director in the efficient running of the office, providing a full range of customary office administrative functions. In addition to office duties you will be required to assist the front desk reception. Previous experience in spa reception & front desk is preferred.
Initiative, organization, and “getting the job done” comes second nature to you. You are highly computer-literate, friendly, outgoing and communicate well with others. Highest professional standards are reflected in your attention to detail and accuracy in general office procedures, displaying a passion for excellence in a work environment that requires a “can-do,” multi-tasking mind-set.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
- documenting, recording, filing, copying
- reception duties: answering phones, booking appointments, check-in & out, payment transactions
- email & social media correspondence
- use of computer programs, word, excel, and photoshop
- general office administration duties, etc.
